Most of my work starts with a vague question from leadership and ends with something a team runs every week. Market entry, cost models, operating metrics, the part of strategy where the slides have to survive contact with reality.
Analytics I can trace
I do the analysis myself rather than waiting in a queue for a data team. That keeps the loop between question and answer short, and every number in my recommendations is one I can defend line by line.
AI I have actually built
I build with AI rather than just writing about it. The most recent example is J.A.N.E., a Chrome extension that helps job seekers cut through postings, pick the right resume, and draft outreach that sounds like them. More of this is on the projects page.
